Went down and observed the F-Class match at the ENGC this morning.
That was cool. Some guys with some serious hot-rod rifles, too.
Turns out they went to an electronic target system about a year ago. Never seen anything like it. Forget spotting scopes. The system has an internal web server, and you just bring your tablet, point it at the server, and you can see your shots in real time, right on the screen. Including bullet velocity. This is probably old hat to guys who’ve been in the sport for the last 10 years, but for me (who’s last period of regular shooting was something close to 20 years ago), I was impressed.
