Yes, great buy. I drove that exact model from 2000 to 2010, then got another one. May buy a third one at the end of the year. My wife pointed out something that never occurred to me. All of the switches and paneling and the headliner in my Lexus are like new,and that stuff is worth something. You tend only to think about engine, tires and transmission when you evaluate your car, but a lot of that stuff suffers very little wear and tear. I did throw a rod at 200k and donated the 2000 model to a kids’ scholarship organization. If I had it to do over again, I would have spent 3 or 4k on repairs and drove it another 100k.
