Yelp, Santa and the Mrs. just tooled around our little cul de sac on a fire engine followed by a couple cop cars, ambulances, a fire chief SUV, and 4 random pick up trucks (one of them hauling a hay trailer full of kids. They were covering every street in town- lights going and Christmas music blaring.

Just another day in small town hick-ville.

Another slice of local life here in Red Neck Landia. This just happened a couple hours ago a couple miles up the road in Hedgesville, WV outside of Martinsburg where my daughter and fiance live. Been up there more than a few times (a mechanic friend that used to fix our PT Cruiser until we gave it to him a year ago lives pretty much just around the block from the staging area). Some one put out a Facebook post a couple weeks ago and this is what they got. The school is James Rumsey Technical. Bikes, Semis, Jeeps, Trucks and community on parade.

Merry Christmas.

Now I’m hearing it’s more than 5000 vehicles.
