One of the things I learned in the second year of law school, which any Libertarian with a high school education could figure out faster than I did, is that any law restricting rights (and that’s mostly what laws, and all regulations, do) can be made to apply to prevent or compel exactly what it was intended to prevent. I do support and understand the idea of non-discrimination, but maybe it’s better to let society workout these kinds of things out consensually over time.
I’m not a card carrying Libertarian anymore, but they are right on some fundamental things.
Now all we need is a censored victim to invoke this law. Good find!
